Can someone convert this video to a format which can be sent to a cell phone? I need this sooo badly!!!
I tried to convert it to .3gp and .3g2 but no matter what I do , my friend either gets a message saying the video is corrupted or that the video is too large for the phone so it can't be received.

It needs to be less then 3 MB in size also, which I did, but it still didn't work. Why?

The bitrate might be too high. It needs to be able to read the file fast enough off the internal storage. Try using a really low bitrate like 96k and see if it works.
