Any way to float the DVD window?

    I've never seen anything like this before.



    If would probably be an easy hack if DVD Player used nibs for its interface, but it doesn't.

    I sent Apple a feature request asking for a way to fload the window but I bet they have better things to worry about.



    Having said that, I'd love to see a hack. In fact, I'd probably pay a small shareware fee for a hack like that.

    I'm sure they've tried it but

    a. probably couldn't get it to work

    b. know it works but will release it with a new version of Jag for the "ooh ahh" factor



    It's only logical that one would want to watch a movie while typing away an email or something without obscuring the screen.

    I agree this would be cool



    The dvd app is nice because its free (try finding a free dvd app in windows), but it lacks a lot of features. This would give it some of the polish it needs



    i would also like to see better tracking, and a 5-10 second playback key so you can watch the baddass parts of the movies like 3 or 4 times over.
