Boot volume mount point location?

I forgot where the boot volume's mount point in OS X is! Can someone refresh me please?



It's not /Volumes...

    But how do I locate the boot volume in the terminal if I want to get info/permissions on it? If I want to chmod the boot volume, where do I find it using the cli?
