Help with Magic Mouse Install

Using Mac OS X 10.6.1 and magic mouse software 1.0 downloaded from Apple website. Went to System Preferences --> Mouse --> Set Up Bluetooth Mouse in bottom right corner. The magic mouse was not discovered. Green light is on. My Mighty Mouse works fine, but I can not switch over to the Magic Mouse. Any ideas on what I could try next?

    OK ... It just started working ... I'm not sure why it didn't at first, but all is well now. Life is good, and so is my new mouse!
