Basically what the title says, i'm looking for one that is easy to use and isn't $10.

Adobe Reader
is a free download. What more do you want?

According to me acrobat readers is one of the best for PDF file.

Preview ships with every Mac and with every installation of MacOS X. Adobe Reader is a free download. What more do you want?

Believe it or not, you are absolutely correct. You have answered the OP's question exactly as asked. You have also opened-up a group of PDF applications that aren't $10 that I had not occurred to me.
