iTunes album track order

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
For some reason all the tracks in all my albums are now listed in descending order. I can put them in ascending order by clicking on the arrow above the number column but, whenever I restart iTunes, they're back in descending order! I guess I must have inadvertently "clicked somewhere" - can anyone help please?

    Try command or window key clicking on the albums, gives different selections.
