E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!!!!!!

I live right outside Philly so you know who I am obligated to go for.....

The EAGLES almost beat the RAMS in the first game of the season but blew it. I think they have a shot at going to the SuperBowl. And, assuming the Steelers win (whom I loathe and always have...sorry)...we could have an all PA SuperBowl.....talk about Civil War!!!!!

If the Eagles win their first ever SuperBowl, or even first NFC Championship since 1980.....Philly will burn to the ground.

I don't know if they can do it...but it would rock.

I don't see why everyone thinks that the Steelers are just going to walk all over the Patriots.

Brady is an excellent QB, and he played great in his first ever playoff game. People seem to under estimate New England. It's going to be a great game, and probably closer than anyone thinks.

Most Philly fans are loyal but down...deep, deep down they have a sense of doubt. Our teams always seem to let us down at the last minute.

I'll celebrate an Eagle's championship win when the score is 14 points ahead and there are 5 seconds left on the clock...go eagles!

the Eagles played a dirty game . . . I started not caring who won, but watching the way that they were deliberately trying to hurt the other players, I switched to rooting for the Bears. . . .unfortunately they were really getting hurt.

Who has home team advantage in that game? Eagles or Rams?

I actually would rather have Philly win but thinks its pretty hopeless.

Being a fan of DA' Bears i am still feeling a little hung over from saturday.

    I think the hit on Jim Miller was questionable . <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />

But i will congrat you guys on wining the game. Da' Bears will be back next season, and hopefully we will get some pay back.

Eagles are going to get bitch-slapped by the Rams. Count it.

The Eagles have no hope against the Rams. The way the Rams ran over the Packers spells little hope for the Eagles, or the Patriots, or even the Steelers.

Didn't the Patriots "run all over" the Dolphins?

    it doesn't mean anything . . .

The Eagles now remind me a lot of the Eagles back in the Buddy Ryan days: good defense, no offense save an athletic but ultimately solitary and sometimes shaky QB. Until the Eagles get more than an athletic QB -- one who gets the fundamentals right (like accuracy)-- and some supporting cast (OK, their tight end is underrated IMO), they won't be Superbowl champs. And before that happens, the team will be dismantled.

The Eagles still may surprise us all...

As with most Philly teams we somehow win against the best and lose to the worst...I really don't think I'm even going to watch the game at all. But don't be surpirised if this happens.
