I've purchased from CW many times. They have a fantastic showroom downtown. Only problem is, their showroom prices are higher than their mail order prices! So it's actually cheaper (on items over $100 or so) to order from CW online and have it shipped 1.5 miles.
Camera World is always slightly more expensive than B&H though, in my experience. Plus B&H sells stuff like audio gear too. I bought my Mackie studio monitors at B&H and STILL haven't seen them for a better price, 1.5 years later.

Holy Smokes! I just went to B&H's site. Not bad at all. I definitely will be looking to try them out. They recently sent me a catalog and they have an enormous amount of products. Glad to hear they are recommended.
B&H is far and away the best. Cameraworld no longer can compete with B&H price-wise, nor can they compete with B&H's selection. Honestly, it's no contest any longer since Cameraworld stopped matching B&H prices - they can't afford to anymore I guess.
another vote for B&H....I just got a brick of about 20 rolls of 100 speed tri-x, and I've already consumed about half of it
the only one unpleasantness I've had with B&H is once I broke the red lens I got a week after I got it, so I had to get a new one...but that was my fault
I need a new camera, though. My curent camera is this old manual camera, that Does ALOT for a manual camera but I want to get a rebel 2000 or something that I don't need to always worry about manual focusing...I've reached that point in my photography were I am starting to get tired with focusing and would love to have some auto-focus here and there. I did just developed some GREAT shots from yosemite though.
