Apple actually said there was 100 new features in the iOS update so what are the rest?
It still says it on the Apple site and yet this list can only point to about 30 items.
The AppleInsider list highlights major features, and organizes them together in related listings. Each number can include several significant features. That's because AI is presenting the information to be informative, not to impress people with marketing hype.
I pressed the "Update" button in iTunes a bunch of times before it offered to download the update. I'm sure they're throttling this. Patience and repetition will succeed, eventually.

its noon already, where the heck is the update?
Running in my iPhone already.
The total size is 366.4 MB and it downloaded at about 3 MB/s - so total download time was under two minutes.
It is being applied now.
