iWork & iLife 10 on the way?

I was looking at buying iWork 09 for my new mid-2010 Mac Mini when I noticed this

    Looks like it but kind of weird not to see iLife '11 and iWork '11 instead.



    iLife '08 was presented in August '07 therefore they chose the following year in their product branding

    So, how likely is this iLife'10 coming out on Aug 17 ?



    If I buy the new 27" iMac now, will I get a free upgrade when iLife'10 is out ? Or should I wait until iLife'10 is out before buying the the new 27" iMac ?
