Why some kext files in /System/Library/Extensions folder are highlighted with colors, but some do not have colors, what's the difference?

Absolutely nothing. Whatever color the creator assigned is what it'd be on your machine.

if the extension has conflict with your hardware, would it be there also? No warning?
