    On a more serious note, the reviews I've read make me think this ChromeOS is at best, still quite experimental.

    I'd go one further to say it's pointless. Some of the employees have admitted that Android and Chrome will merge in future. Chrome by itself is silly because it's pretty much a cloud-based browser. Cloud-based features will only ever supplement local ones, not replace them because you simply can't rely on a network connection for everything you do.



    For entertainment, yes. For productivity, no.



    In businesses like call-centers or desktop admin, it would make for very cheap installations and maintenance as well as security but again, a mobile OS and mobile platform can do the same thing and would in fact be cheaper.
