SSD for 13" MBP, advice needed

I'm considering to replace my 13" MBP internal default HD for an SSD. I need 160 GB MINIMUM, and I'm wondering about the SSD reliability (data integrity in the long term). What are your opinion about the following four options ?

1. Intel 160 GB, X25-M G2, at 434$ (3 years Warranty) :

2. OWC RE 200 GB, at 600$ (5 years Warranty) :

3. OWC 240 GB, at 530$ (3 years Warranty) :

4. Crucial 256 GB, at 580$ (3 years Warranty) :

And what about Intel's G3 version (X25-M G3) ? Is it out yet ?

Data reliability in the long term is very important to me, so I must admit I'm lurking at option #2, while it cost alot for 200 GB.

It should be out in February. The Crucial C400 will be out soon too:

That says $400 for 256GB. On Newegg, the 256GB C300 is $490 so not a great price drop but I guess it's something.

It seems to me that despite them going to a smaller fabrication and can probably cut the price per GB in half, they are holding back so as to not lose retailers too much money on older stock.

A 20% drop vs a 50% drop protects retailer stock much better. It'll be interesting to see what a 256GB C300 goes for if the C400 comes out around $400.

As for reliability, it's like any drive, they are all reliable until you get a bad one:

The Intel and Crucial ones seem to be getting good reviews but it doesn't guarantee you against anything. The technology is still going through the refinement process and there will be casualties along the way.

I also have an OWC SSD in my MBP. Personally i believe OWC is your best bet because they have some of the best customer service, as well as they are the only SSD's that are generally geared toward macs, most others are geared toward PCs. Benchmarks have shown that OWC also remains stable over the life of the SSD. If i were to by another one it would be OWC for sure, with OCZ Vertex 2 coming in close second. Mainly because i love OWC's customer service, and that's a big selling point for me.
