Some iPad apps blocked, throttled on 3G

    Throttling is incredibly lame, if they're going to do that they shouldn't even offer it.

    That?s really sad to hear, problems like these are really irritating. Therefore, it is best to create our own iPad app according to our taste. Creating an iPad app is not at all a tough task to do. With few simple steps and expert?s guidance it can be done very easily.
