I think AI religion is only marginally better than CoS. Sure they don´t make as much money on you but its still an empty shell around something of pure fantasy. Just read the Book of Future Hardware and you must realize its science fiction.

Personally, I'm in favor of the "AI Holy Ho-Down". The catchy name really does it for me...

But one thing is for sure, the Universe is NOT as banal as mainstream religions would have us believe.
