Darwinism at its absolute best...

I know I shouldn't laugh, but I just can't help it...
It's got EVERYTHING! Prison guards, Texas trailer park, religious debate, gunplay, alcohol, etc.

The third to the last paragraph is especially priceless!

You want people killing each other over religion America is one of the last places you look in the world.
This story goes hand-in-hand with the one about the drunk guys (notice a thread here?) daring each other to shoot a beer can off one of their heads. Of course, one of them accepts the challenge and...
Do I really need to finish this story?
General stupidity, enhanced by honkin' amounts of Pabst Blue Ribbon or whatever makes for a REALLY dangerous combination.
These pinheads could've been arguing about Jeff Gordon vs. Rusty Wallace, the number of gold records Lynard Skynard has or how many eggs a turtle lays during a year and the results probably would've been the same.
It just so happened that - in this case - the topic was a bit on the religious/metaphysical side of things.

oh and about dumbasses elsewhere in the world besides america.....
Canada has outlawed guns, including for law enforcment officers, right? as well as brittain(sp?)?
um oh yeah, that BADASS night-stick will come in handy when the average caucasion rookie wants to get "Bruce Lee" on some criminals ass.......
when guns get outlawed only criminals have em....
atleast give the cops .22s.... or even pellet guns...... hell... with a airgun in a cops holster, I know I would atleast have time to duck in the event of a bank robbery while the cop pulls out his Daisy(TM), uses his elite red-dot scope, and changes his O² cartridge
in other old news, the pope blessed hitler to do his handy work and was delighted in his election....
oh and the BBC does let that show Coupling on the air still.... thats about as retarded (no offense to M$ crowd, and actual handicapped ppl)as the installer for Oracle.....
no offense to italians ethier, I love italy, and hope to move there one day, but thats a pretty stupid thought on the govt.'s side.....

You're an idiot. Did it occure in your small brain that we are only getting ONE SIDE of the story here? "I shot him because he told me to". It makes as much sence as "My wife grabbed my fist and punched herself with it to frame me."

Strange site, we have to realize that nearly everypeople in a moment of their life commit a stupid thing, we are not automatically punish when we made them, but the fact we did could grant us a Darwin award. So before laughing of the death of others , we should be more cautious

cute...
it doesnt matter if this isnt the whole story... the fact of the matter is 2 20-year-olds got into an argument and now one of them is dead... over what? a difference in opinion...(so they say) but even if thats not the whole story--the thing is it could be accepted in this society w/o much outcry... sure the kid might be convited of a crime, and he might not.... this shows 2 things... lack of a good criminal system in the US and the lack of a good educational system to prevent the thing from happeneing in the first place...STUPIDITY....
Now, i realize that the whole country isnt like this--but the parts that are show no signs of changing any time soon...
and as for calling me an idiot because of something I said why? what was the point? to make yourself feel better about yourself? grow up a bit Mr. "phd"....

First of all...there is a difference between making a simple error in judgement or a dumb mistake (like say, running over someone's dog because you were busy trying to unwrap your Egg McMuffin while driving down the road)...but the vast majority of Darwin award candidates I've read about have to be the most utterly brain-deficient people on the face of the planet. While I'm sure their deaths weren't funny to the immediate family, you have to see why people poke fun at their demise.
Just because a person thinks the way in which someone died is absurd beyond belief (and therefore kind of funny) doesn't mean they wouldn't sayyy...try to save that person's life if they had the chance. Don't take things out of context, in other words.
