    Probably try Apple's Developer forums after having paid to be a developer.

    What are you looking to discuss? No one anywhere will discuss the development of OS X itself (unless you go to work for Apple), but outsider opinions can be found anywhere.

    The Arstechnica forums have a forum for developers. There are many iOS and Mac OS developers there and threads about Mac OS and iOS programming/troubleshooting. See here . There are also developers that frequent the forums here but there isn't a dedicated forum for developers and programming issues.
