I was wondering if anyone here has or had a mullet? it doesn't really seem like a mac user thing to do. About a week ago the little town of aurora about 15 minutes away from where i live had a garage sale, like everyone in the town had stuff for sale, we went and everyone their had mullets. What is it about small towns and hicks and mullets? whats the attration? are they like easy to take care of or something? I don't get it. . . .

gosh, I havent had a mullet in 17 years. I was 7. I don't remember how my hair turned into a mullet, but somehow it did, I think it was all the dukes of hazard and monster trucks, nascar, and pro-wresting that did it to me. J/K...It was that damn Billy Ray.

But then I migrated to red mohawk, to bleached blonde surfer boy, and now I have settled with the mark mcgrath hair style...for now.

But, just because I have had a mullet does not mean I cannot use a mac....At least I hope not; Don't tell Steve okay.

No, not now. But when I was in my teens (mid-80's), I have to admit I had the popular LIBSIF (long in back, short in front) look going.

I went through a pretty bitchin' Duran Duran rooster phase (in honor of John Taylor) where it was pretty long in back, pretty long in front, SHORT on the sides and appropriately poofed/boinged up.

Now I'm 33 and it's just a standard, regular guy cut (short on sides and back, sideburns, longer on top and front and flung casually back and held in place with Elmer's School Glue and lime Jell-O).

Think Alec Baldwin or Vince Gill...minus the talent.

Its interesting everyone seems to know you're referring to the haircut and not the fish.

A mullet is the haircut that is short in from and just long in the back. Like the bangs go all the way back go to <a href="http://www.mulletsgalore.com"; target="_blank">www.mulletsgalore.com

edit=go to classifications on the sight for good pics

omfg! thats horrible! Reminds me of most germans and austrians. ugh. the horror... the horror. Also many eastern european guys seem to still have those kind of haircuts... as if they were still stuck in the 80s or something

I never understood why people go crazy when they see people with mullets. It's a disgusting look IMO and it's nothing special.

At least Mike Piazza doesn't have his weird ass mullet type haircut anymore

The incidents of mullet-topped men and women (yes even women) rises as one approaches either Canada or Tennessee.

And yes, ZO, most of Eastern Europe is catching up to style and fashion in out west, but they had to start in the 50's. It's amazing they've gotten as far as they have!
