Internet woes

I don't know if it's my ISP or what exactly, but for the past two days I've been getting "interrupts". For example in WoW (yes I play WoW, sue me) there's moments where I'm healing a 5 man raid party and it's just "stuck" on a spell and frozen movement, then all of a sudden time catches up to me and everyone's 100 yards ahead and half dead. My internet music will cut out in iTunes and I'm forced to quit iTunes cause I can't stop the attempt of buffereng the stream. I have a netgear wireless router if that makes any difference?

You have give zero (0) information about your setup:
    • Nothing about your hardware.

    • Nothing about your OS.

    • Nothing about the free capacity on your hard drive.

To paraphrase Jerry McGuire: "Help us help you."

Woops sorry... It's a 2010 iMac, OSX Lion, and 600 gigs free HD space.

I don't think that matters, though. It reads to me like a textbook server-side or ISP hardware problem.

How is your Internet experience otherwise?

Have you tried power cycling (turning off and unplugging for 30 seconds) your router?
