Ok, so how many among you are actually focusing / focused on something other than Jaguar this weekend? How many chose to do something else, even though nothing prevents you from picking up a copy at your local retailer (big assumption for some, I realize)?

I count myself among the blessed. I waded through a gargantuan pile of magazines today, reading parts of some, filing some on my overcrowded bookshelf (supernova-like-explosion imminent), and throwing the majority into a recycling pile. This is what happens when you have a few thousand airline miles sitting idle for years on end and you are given the choice of expiration, or free half-year and year-long subscriptions for 6-8 magazines. As Dan Patrick would say "Mmguhhhh."

I've vowed to spend my weekend not being sober!

I think I'm winning, and I think Jonathan stole my pants... (*cough* pervert *cough*)

Personally, I'm not focusing on Jaguar because I'm buying a used computer that includes a copy of Jaguar. It won't be here for at least a week, so I'm just doing other things until then. Today I worked for eight hours, watched Pirates of Silicon Valley, and now I'm listening to some Beatles (Dear Prudence at the moment, and the rest of the White Album to follow). I think I'll read some Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, mess around with my SE, and sleep for the rest of the weekend. I'll start fussing about Jaguar once I actually get it.

the wait is nearly over, all those washed up OAP wrestlers trying to rejuvinate their careers by 'fighting' younger, purer athletes

We're going on vacation tomorrow morning (the plane leaves at 6 am :o ), so we were busy with preparations. And as my new Dual 1 GHz is still not available here, I'll have to wait another two weeks, until I lay my hands on Jaguar (and a new machine ... )

There's a life besides the internet? If there is, I wasn't aware of it.

I played golf Saturday, does that count?

HEY It is supposed to be cool to be geek (or was that in the time of the internet bubble?). Be proud to sit in front of your Jag

My excuse? I´m doing exams as always.

I was in the swiss mountains, helping some friends splitting wood. I worked hard two days, and all I want to do now, is sleeping.

My copy of jag hasn't shipped yet, but I don't care.

All of my money went to college about a week ago and I've been pretty much broke ever since.

I hope to pick up Jaguar with an education discount soon for my PowerBook G3. I also have to send the DVD ROM drive back to Apple if Jaguar doesn't fix it because once again, it is broken. <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" />

Saturday I drove my younger brother to college. It's his first year and first real time away from home. It kind of took most of my attention this weekend.

I did manage to set up a router and run some cable at my cousin's house to get him on the cable modem. That was my 'project' for the weekend.

I had to take care of him since he got an iMac at Christmas.
