For some reason, I just can't get into Burger King. Or most fast-food burger places, for that matter. I like KFC and Subway and Taco Bell. Not much of a burger guy...not in the fast-food style, that is.
A good, thick grilled homemade burger (with all the proper condiments and add-ons: mustard, mayo, ketchup, A1 steak sauce, onion, salt & pepper, lettuce, tomato and pickle) is DE-LI-CIOUS.

You remind me of myself!
Cant stand any of that crap Burger King, Taco bell McVomit etc! Subway is about the only fast food I can handle!
I was just recently (edit) got turned off KFC, I wont say why, its nasty (too me)
[quote]Sometimes you see joint Taco Bell-KFCs or joint Pizza Hut-Taco Bells. Never seen a joint PizzaHut-KFC.

You mean they don't have Kentucky Taco Huts where you're from? They're everywhere in the south, I guess they can kill three birds with one tiny piece of real estate.
One of the things I like about Taco Bell is the fact that they have Pepsi (I like Coke and Pepsi). However, the on-campus Taco Bell here has Coke.
Baffling.

School campuses are also "bought out" by one soft drink company. They are forbidden to sell their competitor's product. It may still be owned by Pepsi, but they are not allowed to sell it.
I don't really eat fast food too often. You can eat just as cheaply in local places, and I actually like waiting for my food and delaying going back to work.
I think Wendy's is my favorite when I do go junk. Except when I'm driving, when any fast food outlet with a drive through is my favorite.

Here in Philly, there are a lot of KFC/Taco Bell hybrids. There is a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Hybrid and I actually once saw a Pizza Hut/Taco Bell/KFC...
This topic is making me hungry.
Thanks for the warnings about BK tacos - I'll stick with Taco Bell's Chicken Quesedia's (even though they don't taste anything like a quesedia should taste like, lol)
Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Burger King somewhere that sold Pepsi, it mainly depends on the corporation that owns that store through Burger King. The one I work at is owned by a Company called Carols, and has a contract with Coca-Cola. For those that have seen a Burger King which has Pepsi products, do they still have the 'Frozen Cokes'? It's so hard working there when you don't eat meat, and the veggie burgers we just got aren't the greatest. But I stopped eating meat right after we got those tacos... I don't know if there's any connection there...
I'm just pissed we don't have IN-N-OUT or Del Taco here.
Short story: when I was in Georgia, I went to a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut hybrid. It was like dying and going to heaven except Taco Bell in the south DOESN'T HAVE MEXI-NUGGETS!!!
The Wa (Wawa Market) sells a mean 10" sub sandwich for 4.69, with your choice of meats, condiments, and toppings. Plus, they're open 24 hours. beat that, you lazy california bastards.
It's so big that it counts as two meals in my book.
Ahhh, I just realized this is another Jonathan Hunting Out Cheap Food thread. I really need to take that boy out to dinner, get him properly fed.

moi?
I think this stems out of growing malaise towards cafeteria food, and disgust with my friends' lack of motivation to go out anywhere...
sigh... my diet lately leaves much to be desired...

You should consider this boy seriously Belle : he is not expansive .... at least concerning food

If you like fast food, DON'T READ THIS BOOK!

Blasphemy!
We have KFC/Taco Bell hybrids here, as well as Carl's Jr./Green Burrito.
Now if only there was such a thing as Del Taco/In-n-Out, **** me, I'd be a happy guy.
