The Chicken Shake

I'm friends with some bodybuilder-types (though none this serious) and general gym-rats. I haven't laughed this hard since I watched Ace Ventura after drinking beer all night.

animalpak.com is a site for a manufacturer of protein shakes and barely-legal bodybuilding drugs. There are some seriously entertaining stories as well. Just reading the product descriptions makes me giggle like a bitch.

    Well, I figured out why I didn't get that much stronger when I went to the gym three times a week. Not nearly enough protein :eek: .

    You can put on a lot of muscle in 3 to 4 weeks if you eat a lot of protein and lift to failure on each set.
