Very sad. Apparently he'd been undergoing treatment for Hodgkin's Disease for the last few months.

A fine actor.

He was a great actor, i remembe a movie where he played a white man kidnapped by the indians, and the way he shared their life. (sorry forget the title of this movie).

72 year is unusual for a Hodgkin disease.

I made it a point to watch Richard Harris whenever he'd be on as a guest on a talk show because inevitably he'd have a couple of stellar drunken actor stories. I could have lost months sitting in a pub somewhere being regaled with those stories. I think that I'd like to have seen him in theater more than any of his films; to see a performance undisturbed by editing.

One of his best. Also my parents took me to see Camelot when I was a kid. I guess because my first name is Arthur.... <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" /> Harris is a now a legend. RIP.
