i think my thanksgiving was pretty bad. the mother is always late in getting going, and we had to drive several hours to my uncle's. of course, theres traffic (which my mom had not anticipated <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" /> ), so she decides to drive in the opposite direction of our destintation. of course now we were really delayed. we arrived about 3.5-&gt;4 hrs late, with the turkey 4-&gt;5 hrs cold. my uncle by now has had more than a few heinekens, and is a bit verbose in his usual playful jokes. he proceeds to offend my mother pretty badly (in jest), and she cries her way out to the drive way. she remains there, locked in the car. [meanwhile, dinner is ready, but she won't come in.] uncle tries to apologize, she doesn't open the door or windows. after about a half hour or hour, she gets out [when the whole family came to the car to ask her to come out]. the whole night after that was tense, and my uncle was not his usual funny self at thanksgiving dinner.

friday started out pretty good though. i went out, got loaded, smoked up, played a few racks of pool, smoked some stogies and a couple [peach and vanilla ] of hookhas and went home. this otherwise perfect night could only be destroyed by the letter waiting for me from school back home. before i go to bed, i open it, and read; i have been suspended from school.

worst thanksgiving [and day after] ever.

I am sorry to hear about all of your troubles

I had a great Thanksgiving but it was sad because this is the first one after I lost my Dad... Miss him very much.

I hope things get better for you in the future.

    God Bless,

That's quite a handsome little set-up you've got there, Fellowship! BTW, I didn't know you were a PC guy.

You've got an iBook as well, right?

In any case, a nice, clean honking set-up.

Great Thanksgiving here. Did something different this year. Had seven foreign students from the university over for a feast including a turkey, two chickens, ham, rice and peas (my wife is from Jamaica.) Felt really good to give some people a place to go for the holiday....

Can I just connect the Apple Keyboard to a PC and everything works?

As I just happen to have a G4 400 keyboard packed away and now that I have a PC (with USB and XP Pro) I would rather use the Apple KB than this $5.00 POS I have. Does it need special drivers?

Well my Thanksgiving sucked. Actually no, it it didn't suck, but it wasn't the greattest. My sister came and my parents, my sister and I went out to this restaurant for Thanksgiving. The off was pretty good, but I don't know, I guess I would've prefered a meal at home (or somebody else's house). Since it was only the four of us it wasn't the greatest either because I didn't get to see other family. The good thing that happened Thursday night was that my sis had gotten a new cell phone recently and she didn't like it so we ended up trading phones (just exchanged SIM cards). That was cool.

I had a very bad week end : hurt my right annulus finger while playing golf in mud

Have to go to work tomorrow, and to make some radiologic studies of my flex tendon. I think it will be a hard day for me
