looks like beloved kelly clarkson, who won american idol may have cheated! according to an agreement they signed, they can have no prior recording experience, etc, in other words a true amateur. apparently she signed a record contract with so and so and backed out after a few songs. haha on her!

    Nothing will come from this. The people at Idol know it would be suicidal to disqualify her now, especially since the people that will buy her CD had a vested interest in her (they voted for her). What will probably happen is that they'll pay the other people a bit of hush hush money under the table and have this go away.

    Interesting that he saw her on the show "a couple of months" after she had auditioned for the show in March, yet he kept quiet until after she'd won and released a record.
