OmniGroup employee carjacked!
No joke, just saw it on the Seattle news. Tom Bunch, one of the OmniGroup folk, was carjacked at 95th NE and Roosevelt in Seattle, and the perp took off down I-5 until police slammed him into a concrete wall.
Tom's fine, police were fine, carjacker wasn't even injured.
But his Subaru is totalled.

Well, if you buy the 2000 Impreza 2.5RS and do about 10000 dollars of work to it you have something that's about as close to a rally car as you can get.
Glad he's OK. Was it a jealous MS employee? You know, someone who wishes he could create software like Omni can? (Well, that was my one lame attempt at humor for the evening.)
The current speculation here is that this was attempted suicide by cop.
