Name Your Favorite Sushi Bar Treats
tell what's in it too
spicy tuna roll - everybody knows what this is
sinking titanic - local sushi bar's name for a bowl with five or six flash-fried (tuna?) rolls in a malted/soy-vinegar marinade with radish sprouts.
flying fish roe - you keep finding the roe hours (and hours) after dinner. Fun until you brush your teeth well.
beef negima - broiled beef wrapped around scallions and broiled. Served with optional salt.
flash fried spinach - cruncy!

I was talking to someone about eating whales. I'm not a big fan of tearing apart the eco system, but I am interested in having whale sometime. We were talking jokingly about having a whale farm.
Personally, my favorite sushi bar treat is Sapporo Draft.
Anyway, Jonathan, there's a nice sushi bar in Bethesda with an all you can eat lunch for like 8 bucks. I think it's called Hinode.
