    Well, they charge $999 for it, they sell it for $999 and with a built in hub, it's worth $999 What's not to like? Ah, perhaps glossy, I don't like that myself and always buy matte. Supposedly the new screens are way less glossy, but I haven't seen them yet.

    To you. No product has to appeal to the whole market.

    I'll gladly pay that much for the next revision so long as it has USB 3 ports. The total package, offers a metal shell, a variety of additional ports, etc., is worth that much to me. That's not even counting the video/mic/speakers that I don't need right now, but it's nice to have. I bet the resale value percentage retained probably is better than most other models with the 2560x1440 panel.

    I love a price reduction, but when several competitors have less for the same list price or higher, I don't see it happening just yet.
