how to copy a Warcraft III CD? (for own use)

I like to copy some of my cd's that I use on the road with my PowerBook and leave the original safe at home.

I have just tried to get toast to copy the WC3 cd but it comes up with an error when trying to read the cd (reads almost all of it then stops)

Any ideas

What version of Toast are you running? I use Toast Titanium 5.1.3 under Mac OS X 10.1.5 and all i have to do to copy a CD like that is put the original in the CD/DVD drive and a blank into the burner. Then simply hit "Copy". Thats all there is to it. Ive copied Starcraft like that several times. Email me at [email protected] if you still have trouble. Make the subject "CD help" something along those lines so i dont delete it by mistake.

    hello,

    me having the same problem.

managed to get rid of it by working around toast copying process.

made an image of the warcraft cd via diskcopy. mounted that image and then went to toast and made a volume copy of my mounted warcraft III cd image.

be carefull, you got to name the image exact as the cd is labeled.

worked fine for me till now, but didn't finish the game yet - so i cannot say for sure if there are any porblems.
