Can anyone tell me what the diff is between the A03 and the A04?
I have a stock OEM A03 in my QuickSilver G4 867, and I just bought an A04 for my Graphite G4 450 Dualie. I can't tell the difference yet...
Clue me in!

- 5/16" (4%) shorter and 3 ounces (10%) heavier.
- Now mountable vertically. Useful for rack-mounting purposes, among others.
- Buffer under-run protection on CD-R/RW recording.
- Faster DVD-ROM read speed, 6x vs. 4x. No other speed changes.
- Lower noise, according to Pioneer.
hope this helps

I can't wait for the 12x DVD burner and 32x reader! <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[No]" /> <img src="graemlins/embarrassed.gif" border="0" alt="[Embarrassed]" />

It's also much cheaper to manufacture...and cheaper for the consumer as a result.
