    Because the iPhone 4S does not have LTE.

    Who cares because it has HSPA+ as well? Moreover, T-Mobile only advertises LTE in cities it is fully rolled out, but it is other cities as well.

    Last I heard it was moved to Monday for reasons unspecified.

    Good news- I got the carrier update and the features advertised for the iphone 5, including visual voicemail, are working on my 4s!

    Visual Voicemail is simply software.


    LTE requires new antennas/transmitters.
