What is an AppleCare Carpe Facto Advisor?

I saw some job listings on the Apple site for "Team Manager: Carpe Facto Team" and "Applecare Carpe Factor Advisor".  I have no idea what this means or what the jobs entail other than the descriptions, which are filled with corporate doublespeak.  This "carpe facto" seems to be a title unique to Apple.  Anyone have insight into what these jobs really entail?

Carpe facto means "seize the facts" in a literal translation.  Not sure what the Apple definition is.

It means a specialized Black Apps team (codename "Young Steve") that infiltrates competitors and obtains proof of their theft of Apple designs and devices before they can be destroyed.

A Carpe Facto Advisor is a customer support agent whose job is to gather data about problems. Instead of providing tech support to fix a problem, they ask questions to try to determine what caused the problem so they can provide the data to Apple.

The Carpe Facto team does gather information about what may have caused the issue and reports it to Apple Inc. They also develop troubleshooting steps and a plan to resolve the issue that normal Apple Care agents and their Sr. Level advisors cannot fix on their own. They are literally the black-ops of troubleshooting for big problems, and they are rarely used to my knowledge.

Carpe Facto acts as an info gathering arm of AppleCare.  It's literally AppleCare Black Ops.  They're senior level advisors who gather more information than the average rep, but they don't identify themselves.  You probably don't know that you're dealing with a Carpe Facto advisor, and they'll never tell you.  They're above normal Senior Advisors and have more resources, but the customer won't know because the service is that good.

This is the most accurate description

You are mostly correct except they are constantly used, are in operation at all times, and are not only used for big problems, it could be anything.
