Is this possible?

I have a new G4 and a Gamecube, This is what I want to do:

I want to buy a PCI card that has Scart input. This is so I could plug my Gamecube in via the scart cable and play it on my Apple LCD. However, I here you ask( or maybe not), why don't you want a converter, here's why. I'd like to be able to play the picture, but also the sound through my Soundsticks...

So... Is this possible? And what product/s would I have to buy?

    possible, but very complex.

?you would need to find a PCI card

?which works in Mac OS 10

?and then you would need software to take an input and play it through on your screen

    ?which also costs money

?and the biggest obstacle is that the Gamecube's output isn't something like 1024*768, more like 600*400(guess) and that and LCD only supports his native resolution (the rest looks blurry)

    long answer, short answer. NO.

    Hmmmmmm...

    How expensive??

I'm willing to pay a bit, and I have found a PCI card with Scart input, I found it <a href="http://www.dvdirect.com/shop/product.asp?sku=FCS5006"; target="_blank">here.</a>

As for the rest, well, I need a little help, that is if that card (above link) will work. <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />

I think you have to read <a href="http://www.dvdirect.com/shop/product.asp?sku=FCS5006"; target="_blank">that</a> again.

    [quote]? Output

    One word:

    Dammit.

Oh well, I'll have to wait until another solution is possible, but thanks for the help and I did realise that it would be blurry .
