Adobe Illustrator

I just installed Illustrator on my OS X 10.2.3 machine. I was working with objects in a document and I was able to scale the objects by simply clicking and dragging the appropriate corner of the object. After a system restart, I can't get any objects to scale without using the scale tool or the transform menu. What's going on? What the hell changed? Let me know if you have any ideas.

Sounds like perhaps the Bounding Box view got turned off? During a restart, it probably got turned off somehow, that's all.

Go under the View menu and scroll down about 2/3 of the way and make sure you have "Show Bounding Box" turned on (Command+Shift+B), as opposed to "Hide Bounding Box".

    See if that fixes it.

Thanks pscates...that's the kind of simple solution that makes me feel like a total idiot.
