Mac Help updates?

There is a lot of help files that are stored on your HD but it also looks online for latest documents and topics.

Is there anyway to do a TOTAL update of all help topics, say, once a week once a month? i.e. have an option to download all topics and data onto your HD so you dont need to be connected to the net all the time for help?

Ive found myself in a few situations where the extra info I needed was not available on the HD and had to connect to the net for the documents... and I had no way to connect to the net.

Is that how it works? I always wondered why Help was so God-awful slow... <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />

theres a considerable amount of basic info on the HD when you install OSX. But, when online it attempts to ALSO look on Apple servers for more relevant info. Good idea, but could be improved if there a way to do a "Help Update" package or something so we ont have to be online all the time.
