MTU settings under 10.2.4
My ISP has just informed me that the preferred MTU setting for my broadband connection is 1458, and of course, my systems are set to 1500: I suspect this is the cause of an occasional glitch I'm getting when downloading mail.
I've been trying to get the instructions in this Knowledge Base article, but either I'm being stupid or there's a step missing when I try to save the file created from the first load of copy'n'paste: pico wants to know where to save the file, and refuses to exit...
Does anyone know where I'm going wrong, or have a better way to go about this?

RMAC (380kb download).
It's from a Japanese site, so the documentation might not be readily understood by most folks, but the app itself is smart enough to respect your language settings, and is completely self-explanatory.
Free and foolproof.
