  [B]@minicapt[/B], I suppose it's possible for Business Insider or even Jay Yarow to be right once in a while, so the fact that they don't mention Apple's HQ plans is in their favor.
  
  Or maybe they do mention Apple, but the site is unreadable, and it reliably crashes my iPad 1. It's a mess, and I had to stop.
