How do you make animated gifs?

Hey all,

Can someone explain to me how to make animated gifs? What apps do I need? (I have a lot of pro apps on my comp from my bro - PS, Illustator, Macromedia Suite, etc).

print regular gifs on the corners of several pages and flipbook them

edit: all of the above tools will work, gifbuilder has helpful readme docs

I use Imageready and sometimes Macromedia Flash.

well, you may try to find some tools online or offline to create animated gifs easily, try to use XFlip flipbook maker, it's really very easy-to-use to make animated gifs. good luck!
