iPod Speculation

Whilst nosing around at the UK Apple Store I noticed that there is a special deal on the 5GB iPod, as at present you get a free connection kit with some assorted goodies in it. Offer ends at the end of June. Made me wonder if this is about to be dropped, and perhaps the 10Gb one reduced in price as a new top model comes in? Seems plausbile for me. Comments?

    um, maybe. the price is bound to drop sometime.... but didn't you already know that?... i guess not.

    A price reduction would be good, but why not just reduce the price instead of this special deal? Seems strange to me! Just a hunch maybe. <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />
