    Oh, you mean the litigation that is still ongoing, slowly, slowly turn the wheels of justice, anyone who doesn't expect it to take at least five years to start seeing results is a deluded fool caught up in today's instant gratification world.

    They don't have to change their pricing strategy, they just have to update their product to pull ahead of the competition again, and that's what the iPad Air is. It will be at least a year before other tablets can match the weight and battery life.
