    iCal is significantly faster. Wowzers.

Now moving to Digital Hub, where iApp discussion belongs...

oh man, iCal constantly quits on me....bummer.

Time for another OSX trouble shooting session.....

    ....it's beginning to smell near my computer, and I don't like it. <img src="graemlins/hmmm.gif" border="0" alt="[Hmmm]" />

Ok, fixed permissions, repaired disk and trashed prefs, that seems to have fixed ical.

Wish i could get printer sharing working again though.

Oh well, maybe after another $130 OSX update

Is it me, or is iSync just REALLY not worth the effort?

To me, it's too unrefined...and personally, I don't need all my calendar and contact information in my iPod, PDA, AND cell phone.

Maybe it's useful, but I don't see how yet...

even though I don't use either, I'm still going to apple.com to get them because my software update seems to be not doing anything here...

    Oh look.

When you click on the Little Red Widget, what does iCal do?

    It closes the window.

    IT DOESN'T QUIT ANY MORE.

Excellent. That used to really piss me off.

    sheesh...

You have to install iCal in order to use iSync.

that is BS. why should I need iCal ? edit: or why should iSync need iCal ?

loving the updates....iCal is now usable and iSync took my address book and iCal stuff and just threw it on the palm Vx that i just so happened to "inherit" from work...wheeeeee, was dreading doing that all by hand....very nice for me so far....now to get an iPod and try that (sort of waiting for the digital hub iPodDV, if it ever comes)....g
