Rip DVD to Apple TV

Hi I hope that someone can help me. I here a lots of DVDs that I would have let in on ITunes so I can watch them on my Apple TV but I want it so that would like to be able to choose the language in the menu on Apple TV what a program can do it.

    Rip with HandBrake to an M4V, make sure to include both audio tracks in your rip, and then hold the center button on the Apple TV as the media plays to choose the track.

    i can't get hand bake to work in Mavericks. It runs and rips, but the whole job is garbled into pixel blocks. I have tried everything I could, but still doesn't work.

    Rip them using Handbrake with default settings.
