You know, it's too bad that hour after hour, day after day, year after year, real exercise never feels anywhere near as glorious as a few minutes of artfully assembled footage accompanied by soaring music. Ah, if only!

I thought it was quite entertaining. Granted, I turned it off about halfway throught, but that was because I was at work, and I don't want my coworkers to think all I do is sit around and watch some guy working out...
With the subject matter at hand, you probably want to do a bit more editing though if you expect strangers to watch the entire video.
