First of all, it's not the Freedom Tower, it's One World Trade Center. Second, the store will not be in 1WTC but in the mall in the new WTC Transportation Hub.

It’s definitely One World Trade Center now. Which is good, because that makes it all the easier to build a Two World Trade Center like they should have.
There already is a Two World Trade under construction. There's also a Three (under construction), Four (finishing tenant buildout), and Seven (opened in 2006).
