In your opinion, rank the rumor sites you find most accurate from best to worst.
(ie: AppleInsider, ThinkSecret, MacOSRumors, SpyMac, OrangeInsider, ATAT, Go2Mac, etc...)
This might help some of the users in these forums to find their rumors at the most accurate sources.

When they have info, you know it's practically "confirmed". For example, a couple of months ago, they had this weird posting that a white iMac would debut.
2. ThinkSecret
3. MOSR
4. AI
Only did the major ones.

2. ThinkSecret (it saddens me that, of late, it's mostly been fluff)
3. OrangeInsider (in the past and in the future)
4. AppleInsider (yeah, some things they report about I just don't see anywhere else, and some stuff just never happens, but they're right more than MOSR)
5. MOSR
6. Go2Mac
(snip)
45,378,634. Spymac
On the other hand, ThinkSecret and MOSR seem completely about the "next big scoop." Sites like that become a victim of the expectations they themselves create. If they don't get any good insider info for a while, they have the choice of either not updating AT ALL for a while (which kills their hit count) or making up some kind of outlandish bullsh!t.
I think Think Secret has actually found a pretty good balance lately. They've managed to update frequently, by covering not just Apple's upcoming hardware, but also OS revisions, and OSX-compatible software. I have enjoyed reading their speculations about stuff like Adobe's upcoming versions, etc. So I'd actually rank TS above MOSR.
SpyMac seems like kind of a joke to me. I mentioned in another thread that the first time I saw SpyMac I thought it was a spoof of Mac rumors sites.
Apple Insider doesn't even make the list any more. Sorry, but if you can't update more than once in six months, people aren't even going to check your front page any more. I used to have a shortcut to AI's main page -- I'd read that, then proceed to these Forums. Now I just bookmark the Forum's main page.
I only believe it when i see it at the best rumor site:

Yeah, this week they sure were.
ATAT, because it's clear they don't try to meet any kind of "every posting must have rumors" obligation. ATAT is mostly about entertainment and barely-Apple-related humor (questioning Michael Dell's sanity, etc.), and I suspect they get plenty of hits even if they don't speculate too specifically on new Apple activities for weeks on end.

That's a reason I liked the old OrangeInsider and like the new one even more.. News, rumors, funny stuff, editorials, all sorts of journalism are welcome there. And the best part is, it's an open architecture type of thing, or at least planned to be an open deal, it's more at an intermediary stage at the moment. It sort of takes AtAT's non-reliance on just rumors (without the great writing and future-predicting lava lamps), adds a forum, a unique bunch of people (quite a few old school AI'ers), a good chat system (which AI is now copying), and now makes it so that almost anyone who is trust-worthy and can demonstrate their journalistic interest/talent can be a part of something really cool. We try.
Well, at least its entertaining
AtAT (As the Apple Turns) all the way baby. Very entertaining and they don't get too heavy on the BS rumour spam. Actually I get disapointed on my daily check if it has not been updated but hey, every 1-3 days is better than nothing.
... I'm actually still a Wintel user, AtAT when first stumbled on it is the ONLY reason I started coming to these forums and is also the shining light that has led me to Macdom... I WILL BUY A MAC!! Damn the Wintels!!!
