Not sure, but if that is Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr,, then shortly after graduating from high school, he was arrested for possession of cocaine, and for the following three years was frequently in and out of prison.

Getting arrested does not a convicted felon make.

No but many men that were ultimately found not guilty spent time in jail. Suspects can often times spend months even years locked up before a trial.

True, locked up in county, but you do not go to prison unless convicted.

Depends on the charge. The federal government doesn’t have 'county jails'.

Jay Z partnering with Samsung has about as much credibility has Kanye has talent.

Photos of 11 different times Jay Z used an iPhone and not a Samsung.

People are making fun of. Kanye and no one here is crying racism. Double standard much? Or Dre is off limits because he's soon to be an Apple employee?

Since when is making fun of someone considered racism? Or are certain ethnic groups off limits for criticism?

I made general statements between getting arrested and getting convicted. As far as I know convicted felons don't spend time in and out of prison for 3 yrs. You might walk in now and come out 3 yrs later. The minimum sentence for a state felony is 1 yr, if one commits another crime the next sentence will probably be no less than 5 yrs. A convicted felon has to be convicted of a felony not some BS misdemeanor charge.

It has nothing to do with race but with relevance. As far as I know Kanye isn't a big wig in the tech world, so any opinions he might have shouldn't be given much weight.

It's Kanye West. Ninety-nine percent of the jokes about Kanye have nothing to do with race. All he has to do is open his mouth and say something ridiculous. Perhaps this video clip will explain:

I always knew Kanye was a dick but one who'd take bribery. I wonder how much he get to say that. And mean while Apple is selling more profit than samsung. Fucking moron. He shouldn't even comment.

Megalomaniac Kanye West and his sleazy wife should both be shipped off to France. Do it for America.

kanye west is a total azzhole, and he proved that at the 2009 VMA awards. i don't understand why anyone gives a damn about this clueless fool or what he has to say.

apple execs aren't hacks... and they didn't spend $3b for street cred. sorry kanye... but that's just asinine bs. on second thought... i'm not sorry. stick to your gangster rap kanye... leave the corporate strategy theories to people that understand corporate strategy.

Well, it's a good job that Steve Jobs was never arrested or did anything illegal, huh?
