BANG! I have just been converted to a Mac user, already placed an order with my local Apple Dealer for the top-end iMac and an iPod. Told him to be prepared to change that if the G5 actually debuts...

    Apple traditionally ships the new hardware to users who purchase equivalent hardware in the preceeding week or so. They did it for me when I ordered my G4/500 and they sent me a G4/500 MP.



    You'll most likely get the new iMac. And for the record, I think it's really neat. As soon as I see the real specs, I'm going to consider getting one for my mom when I leave for college with the powerhorse and my Ti.
