I feel there are times when AI purposely chooses to purposely be incorrect and/or negative about Apple. I do not expect to have a 100% pro-Apple Web site, but I do find it saddening to see an Apple-focused Web site throwing in negatively-toned sentences. I expect Cnet to do this, not AI.

    That’s the same thing.

Well, I was siting naming titles (which obviously aren't the same); but even still, a simple processor upgrade doesn't seem like it would qualify for a "iPhone 6" nomenclature without the case design changes, camera, etc, etc. of the other iPhone 6's.

We'll see soon enough. Gonna be fun.

Meh... Apple's naming system is running a tad amok. Each product category is different.

    6/6+

    5/5c/5s

    MB/MBP/MBA

    iPad Air/Mini

    iPod Touch/Nano/Shuffle/Classic

    iMac 21.5/27

    Mac Pro/Mini

I thought it was rather good.

Presumably the iPhone after the iPhone 9 will be called the iPhone 9.10, as opposed to the iPhone 10, in keeping with Yosemite being called 10.10 instead of 11 as you might expect after 10.9.

I think they'll call the 4.7" model the iPhone 6, and the 5.5" model the iPhone 6.

Don't know if they'll keep the iPhone 5S as is, or replace it with the colour version ala the 5C, but it won't be called an iPhone 6, because it won't be an iPhone 6. It might be the iPhone 5SC, or it might be the new iPhone 5C. Or it could be the iPhone 5CS, or iPhone 5D, or...well pretty much anything.

There was never an iPhone 3, so they should fill that void, too.

    C)  Nothing?

    A, I hope.
