Pictures of your computer setups for 2002

in General Discussion edited January 2014
Its been quite a while since we have had one of these. Post pictures of your 2002 setups to this thread. Please keep them around 640x480 in size and include links to the full size images if needed. This will preserve the page formatting and keep the load times reasonable. I will have mine up soon but I have yet to find a suitable desk. Thanks!

Anyone got any new ones? I've been enjoying looking at the setups at MacNN, time to see some new ones here.

I would take a picture of my shiny new PowerBook and the desk I designed and built myself for it, but I lost the damned cable for my digital camera. So I could take the picture, but it would take a technological miracle to get the pics from my cam to my Mac.

Maybe I'll dig out the Critter cam for this one. Give me a while and I'll get around to it.

Actually, I don't think anyone's ever seen my setup (PowerBook G3/500, Newton 2100).

No one's ever seen my setup. I really need to get a camera and take a pic. I took a pic of my old iMac setup almost a year ago but when I was ready to post it AI went down.

Once my iMac comes I plan on taking pictures. I'm going to do the whole deal with the box opening and everything. Of course at this rate once it finally does come I'll just rip the box open. I remember looking at Applenut's site and the pictures of his new PowerBook. Made me want a PowerBook too.

Well, I dug out the Critter Cam and it wasn't pretty. The iRez stuff is really awful to use, and to get this shot, I had to have the thing lined up perfectly with the light. It's really ashame, too.

Any way, you can kind of see my Pismo PowerBook G3/500 in the background, but the only 'good' picture I could get was of my Newton.

    How's that for a 2002 computer setup?

i know. it's actually pretty clean for me. usually there's way more computer hardware on the floor and scattered about. i had to clean it up, i'm in the process of moving stuff around. i'll shrink up the images when i restore all my software to the iBook. i have images of all my cd's on the PC, but i need to reburn the backups.

in the meantime, i'll have to live with huge images.

I think if you wait about 2 weeks, threads like this will start to take off - when the new iMacs start arriving.

I should have mine next week!
