It is amazing the amount of iBooks there are!! I am talking the new ibook!! it is insain!! At MWSF 02 I only saw about 4 or 5 old iBooksand PowerBook G3's they were ALL iBooks and PB G4's! But Almost all of them were iBooks!! it is really cool!
I will post a pic of my set up a little latter. My new setup!
My brother had one when he got his g4 500(way back when that was the Shit)
but he sold the XL1 AND the g4 to some guys that wanted to make some movies, its a shame, such an awesome camera, he could have really done something with it, he DID get alot of cool Democratic national convention footage though, and did a documentary
I'm really surprised at all the people still running OS 9. I guess if your old peripherals don't work then you have no choice.
I just got a firewire CDRW so my OS 9 days are over.

95 percent of the time I use OS X 10.1.2 on my PowerMac. I just happened to take the pic when I was booting to listen to some music through my soundblaster. I also use OS 9 when printing photos as my printer isn't fully supported in OS X, just basic support. and for usb printer sharing and airport base station

Well, there it is. It's a TiBook 500 w/256k RAM

I'm betting you don't do much on that TiBook with only 256k of RAM!
